Yes the EVM Template is designed to allow the users to store and report data on other indices like the Customer Satisfaction Index, Risk Index, Project Health Index, etc. Totally three indices are allowed to be captured, stored and reported through this template.

Yes this EVM Template is as per the PMBOK® Third Edition EVM Guidelines and it is as per the PMI® Practice Standard for EVM.

Yes this EVM Template has an option for Labor Hours Tracking or Cost Tracking. You would need to specify the option needed at the time of purchasing the template by sending us a mail at contact@connoizor.com.

Does this EVM Template allow the users to track Labor Hours instead of Cost?

This template is fully automatic once it is setup. There is a one time setup needed which is also very easy to do and does not require any great skills. Any person with a little bit of computer knowledge can set it up.

Is this template fully automatic or is there any manual intervention needed?

Yes this EVM Template has color coding embedded in it for performance measures. The color coding ranges are as follows Green for 0, Yellow for 0—10, Red for >10. It can however be customized on request.

Does this EVM Template have color coding for performance measures?

This template uses Macros and so you would need to Enable Macros to be able to use this template.

When I open this template it asks me whether to Enable/Disable Macros. What should I do?

This template uses Macros and so you would need to Enable Macros to be able to use this template. Please go to the Tools —> Macros —> Security and choose the Macro Security level to Medium or Low.

Nothing works in the EVM Template. What do I do?

This template uses Excel Add-ins and so you would need to install Add-ins to be able to use this template. Please go to the Tools —> Add-ins... and select the first two Add-ins “Analysis Toolpak” and “Analysis Toolpak—VBA” and install them.

I get a error “?NAME” in one of the fields. What do I do?

“#NA” indicates that the requested value is not available. Please enter the correct status date which is available as a reporting period in the EVM data Sheet and click on Update Status Date button to view the right data.

I get a error “#NA” in most of the fields in the Summary Sheet. What do I do?
